Attention diabetes!!!

To find out if you have diabetes, just do a blood test and check your blood sugar. While it is too high, you have diabetes.

  • Juvenile diabetes or insulin (or type I diabetes): it concerns people, especially young people, who have a pancreas that does not produce enough insulin. They are thus forced to inject insulin. The latter is a hormone produced by the pancreas that controls how cells of your body convert sugar into energy that you consume.
  • Diabetes mellitus or fat or non-insulin (or type II diabetes): it concerns individuals who, due to bad eating habits (too much sugar and too fat), have a pancreas that malfunction. Here, there is no need to inject insulin.
  • Neither diabetes should not be taken lightly. To find out if you have, there are some warning signs riders who can alert you: blurred vision, excessive thirst, a difficulty for your grandchildren heal sores, a desire to urinate frequently, fatigue, tingling sensation . If symptoms, consult your doctor immediately because the consequences can be very serious cardio-vascular diseases, severe vision and kidney damage, nerve damage. If you are subject to these types of diabetes, especially neglect does not and do all to try to minimize. Ideally, of course, is to act in prevention and do whatever it takes to not have diabetes. But in all cases, I repeat, consult your doctor tells you that adequate treatment, tailored to your specific situation.

Here, however, a few small things you can do (after having taken the advice of your doctor):

  • Above all, one of the things to do when you have diabetes is to monitor your feet. Do not laugh, it is very important. Indeed, diabetes decreases you the sensation of pain and so you can easily hurt you, you without a scratch as you go. This infection, minimal initially, can quickly escalate and lead to gangrene, which, in turn, amputation of toes or feet. This is not so rare that one of my neighbors had to be amputated one of his feet.
  • So, to avoid reaching these extremes, wash your feet daily, dry them properly; watch the morning and evening and treat any cuts, any bulb.

After feet, teeth: you must be monitored regularly by your dentist because diabetics have teeth fragile. Brush them carefully and regularly, three times a day is ideal.

Changing some of your eating habits can sometimes be enough to reduce your rate of diabetes.

  • If you are overweight, the first thing to do is try to lose weight, consuming less sugar and less fat and more fiber (contained in cereals, fruits, as grapes) and vegetables green (like broccoli, or watercress). They slow down the time it takes glucose to get into your body.
  • Eat plenty of fish because they are rich in omega 3, and less meat.
  • Use and abuse of spices such as cinnamon, cloves and turmeric. On the other hand, strongly reduce your consumption of salt.
  • Drink plenty. The water and the decoction of burdock or olive leaves, remove the excess sugar in your blood, for diabetes mellitus. Some vegetable juice, juice of raw potato juice or watercress can help you lower your blood sugar, like tea leaves blueberries.
  • Avoid eating too much sugar, too fat to minimize your bad cholesterol, thus increasing all the risk of contracting cardiovascular disease.
  • The new diet may be accompanied by sport rather small exercises reasonable type walking, swimming and jogging. An exercise only after consult to your doctor because your diabetes may be very well prohibit to you from making such exercises.

That, generally, in 90% of cases, a change in your eating habits, in consultation with your doctor can help stabilize and reduce your diabetes. The key is to take this very seriously because you mordrez fingers if, ultimately, you become blind or if you cut, just because you continued to be negligent, if you say, “the doctor gave me the stamps, so I can eat what I want “. The vigilance and regular consultation from your doctor are the only ways to reduce your diabetes.

    Depression!!!

Sadness, pessimism, reduced self-esteem and lack of interest are among the symptoms of depression. It is considered a serious mental condition if it persists without an obvious cause or intensifies and affects behavior, becoming itself a symptom of a psychiatric illness. Depression can affect people who experience great emotional loss, such as the death of someone close, a disappointment in love or a social problem. However, there may be no single obvious cause.

Depression can occasionally be triggered by viral illnesses or disorders such as hypothyroidism or by hormonal changes after childbirth. Some people also suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) triggered by the long darkness of winter. As an illness it is more common where there is a history of depression within the family.

Drugs for overweight or obese people

In this modern age, obesity has become a recognized medical condition. It is prevalent among people in almost all developed nations. Both the UK and the US rank near the top in terms of most number of obese people. If you are living in the UK, then you might have observed the effects of this growing problem. If the present trends of obesity continue, then it would not be too far when the UK will be described as the fattest nation in the world. So, what is the solution?

Obesity is mainly a lifestyle problem. It can be treated if people follow a healthy lifestyle and eat wholesome food instead of junk food, which is considered as unhealthy. In addition, some obesity treatment drugs can also prove quite useful to reduce the already attained high obesity levels. However, even obesity drugs treatment show better results only when you complement their intake them with a proper regimen of physical exercise and healthy food.

Two prescription drugs are worth consideration when you search for obesity treatment. These are Acomplia and Xenical. Both these drugs are available in the UK by prescription. Acomplia is a drug that is taken orally as a pill once a day. It is also known as rimonabant and works in the brain receptors to provide feelings of fullness among those who are prescribed to take it. Unlike Acomplia, Xenical works in the digestive system of the body. It prevents some of the fats that are taken through meals from getting absorbed in the body. These unabsorbed fats pass out of the body during normal bowel movements.

Both these obesity treatment drugs are available online. However, those people who have bowel problems should not buy Xencial online, as this drug may increase their bowel movements. Xenical acts as a fat inhibitor. Acomplia on the other hand acts as an appetite suppressant. You can easily buy Acomplia online after doing an online consultation.

    Dealing with Migraine!!!

Many migraines are triggered by specific factors and if you can identify these triggers, it makes sense to avoid them. Try monitoring your diet and keep a diary of your attacks. Some women find that changing their contraceptive pill helps, as hormones can influence the attacks. A drop in the body’s level of blood sugar may bring on an attack, so it is a good idea to eat regular and fairly frequent light meals and avoid going without food for more than twelve hours. It will also help to drink plenty of water. People who experience a warning aura can sometimes prevent the headache by sucking a barley sugar or eating a spoonful of honey.

Avoid painkillers that contain codeine and caffeine as these can cause rebound headaches and may increase the number of headaches suffered. Aspirin, ibuprofen or paracetamol are better for pain relief. Anti sickness medicine may help to relieve nausea and absorb painkillers. People who have frequent attacks can take ongoing preventive medication, such as low-dose antidepressants and specific migraine therapies such as pizotifen. Sumatriptan drugs such as Imigran can be prescribed for acute attacks.

    Fit muscles help weight loss!!!

When you are overweight, the problem is not as simple as you may at first think. not only are you over your ideal weight, but you also probably have a disproportionate amount of fat instead of muscle. The point is this: when you diet, the more muscle you lose as a percentage of you body weight, the less energy you need and this leads to a further imbalance between fat and muscle.

However, if you combine a sensible diet with exercise, you will not only build up your muscle mass and tone up muscles that are out of condition, you will also raise your metabolic rate and so burn up more energy regardless of what you are doing. And by exercising, whether it’s brisk walking, dancing or marathon running, you will burn up energy over and above your basal metabolic requirements, which means that, once you weight is satisfactory, you can consume more calories and still stay at your ideal weight.

Exercise is therefore the key to weight loss. None of this is new information but it’s surprising how easily it can be overlooked.

    What is Cancer?

A cancer begins when a single cell escapes the normal genetic controls governing cell growth. Exposure to certain chemicals, radiation or a simple mistake in the normal process of cell division can trigger the productions of increasing numbers of abnormal cells until a lump or tumor forms, or the numbers of one type of cell increases dramatically, as in cancers of the blood. This normal cell growth is driven by gene damage known as mutations. The rate of growth may be slow; for example, it is estimated that in breast cancer it take in average of seven years from the first cancer cell to awareness of a lump.

Cancer is a malignant disease that progressively harms the body. There are two principal features in the development of cancer: the spread and invasion of surrounding tissues known as ‘local spread’, and the invasion of the blood and lymphatic system that carries the cancerous cells to form new tumors in the other parts of the body.

    Brain and Nervous System!!!!

The nervous system consists of the brain and a vast network of nerves through the body. It controls unconscious process such as breathing as well as complex ones as playing a violin.

Most nerves have two sets of fibers, sensory and motor, which are like the parallel carriageways on a motorway. Sensory fibers gather information about the outside world and send signals back to the brain; motor fibers then issue instructions to the body to react. So, if sensory fibers detect heat from the flame, the corresponding motor fibers send an urgent message to the muscles to move away.

The conscious mind plays a part in such reactions – you know when you have touched something hot, or that you want to play a note on an instrument. But much of the activity of the nervous system is subconscious. Two groups of nerves – the sympathetic and parasympathetic – regulate heartbeat, sweating and blood pressure, erection and ejaculation. Two hypothalamus oversees instinctive drives such as hunger and sexual desire; and the limbic system governs still more elemental human impulses such as self- preservation, fear and anger.

Breasts Cancer and Breasts Disorders and how to prevent it?

The primary function of breast in women is to produce milk to feed a baby. The have little function in men. The female breast consists mostly of milk-producing glands, which are embedded in fat. These glands empty into milk ducts that in turn open out onto the nipple. Each breast has 15-20 sections or lobes. The lobes divide into lobules and each lobules ends in a tiny bulb.

Women’s breasts vary considerably in shape and size. For most women there are noticeable changes at puberty, during pregnancy and after the menopause. There are also normal tissue changes that occur in response to changing levels of sex hormones during the menstrual cycle. These are called cyclical breast changes, and they can produce swelling, tenderness and pain that fluctuate during the month. Most women also notice changes if they start taking the contraceptive pill or go on hormone replacement therapy.

The most common problems that affect breasts are pain, lumps and nipples discharge. It is important for women to become aware of the normal condition of their breasts, including the cyclical fluctuations, so that they can promptly notice and abnormal changes such as persistent lumps or swellings. These are unlikely to be cancer. However, the early diagnosis of breast cancer does improve the outlook and so you should not delay in seeking medical help.

Breast cancer is much less common among the men, but they also experience breast problems and need to be aware of abnormal changes.

Breast pain is very common condition: an estimated 70 percent of women suffer from it at some time during their lives. It is most common among women aged 30-50 and is often accompanied by a general lumpiness of the breast.

There are two type of breast pain: cyclical breast pain, which is worse before a period and better afterwards, and non-cyclical breast pain which is constant.

    How to prevent it?

    • Avoid caffeine.
    • Consume less salt.
    • Take vitamin E or vitamin B6.
    • Wear a bra that gives more support.
    • Take an over-the-counter painkiller such as paracetamol.
    • Avoid high-impact sports, such as aerobics and jogging, if they make the pain worse.
    • Follow a low-fat diet.
